Mailing in action
Send out email, SMS* and postal messages at the click of a mouse. Our mail feature makes communication easy. Choose a group, pick a template or just type in the text, and click send.
Mass communication simplified
Now you can dispense with all the separate mailing lists and simply send out an email to the group you want by choosing it from the Web Office. That way no one is overlooked. Emails can be plain or branded for your church in templates that everyone can share. Send a test email to make sure you’ve got it right, and there’s no need to worry about mail getting lost in spam filters – each email is sent individually (although you wouldn’t know it from the speed).
No one left out
Mailing is more than email: choose a group with members who are not online, and Insight will print off address labels for those who would prefer a letter. Every email has a link at the bottom for recipients to opt out of mailings, a preference which is automatically logged in the database.
